Then our hero is an esper in New York fighting bad guys in the streets, and wins of course. Mongol comes from tibet has a little chat and kills some people, then it's escalated to a little battle. He says he has 1000s of people around the world to work for him, yet we really only see three. I'm not going to type out a full review like I intended, but the enjoyable part was the comedy, that was done well. It really feel the pacing was really off. I kept forgetting it was 1920s NY as it looked like it was 1960-70. The villain, and his motives were weak. The ending was really predictable with The Shadow controlling the knife at the end, and I even said the words "I'll be watching." as he spoke them. The film felt really cheesy with weak characters. The ending with Kan not dying was pretty unexpected and a good comedic scene.
