Rebirth only had two good things about it: the framerate, and the hush

Everything else about it is bad, and this comes from someone with a 4 digit amount of hours invested in the "serie" (I'm playing since pre wrath of the lamb original isaac).

If only they kept the old music and composer i could deal with it, but they had to take away that too.

Fun mod despite some bugs. I'm still waiting for the update. Magic Skin and punches are awesome. Black holes are broken.

Is it possible to use the mod on a cracked version of the game? Last I heard the creator is a huge moralfag and makes the mod break if it's installed on a pirated version of the game.

IGG has a download specifically for it. It's not moralfaggotry it's more that the mod ties itself to your steam copy dispite it not being in your steam folders, god knows how he did that.
