I'm not sure how much it counts as a game, but Adventures of Ninja Nanny is outright bizarre, to the point that whoever made it must be legitimately nuts.

It's completely different, just inspired by it. If you want to play it you'll need a Windows 9x vm for it to run properly, or actual machine, which i used to get those screenshots and not Virtualbox because that shits the bed on 256 color mode.
