Stop calling ron and chi on everything. An easy way to win is to get at least one set of dragons or winds (that matches your seat or round wind), that will give you enough points to win even if you open your hand. You have no points, that's why you can't tsumo.

Just use the lucky tile if kiwami to get the 13 orphans. If normal play use pons or kans at low level tables and try for hands in the guide for high level. That's about all I know from how much I've played. It could be wrong for all I know but it got me the dragon driver
