Pretty standard JRPG with a twist on the combat. I think it also got something like a sequel, but not a direct one, just another Arc game with some recurring characters.

Random battles, but they're kinda free-roam inside of them. Skills hit targets/areas and you can aim them.

nothing to be sad about. Good games from the old good video game era still exist and there are so many of them that you can play until you die.

i lurked 2 years all the vidya boards to get as many pre 2006/07 games that i never played and build my own video games vault, i am way over 4k game snow i never played. I am never able to play everything on it, that is actually the sad part about this.

I know how you feel anon, luckily for me I started at a very early age because the game I started with (Doom) was already 3 years old by the time I got into it. I was smart enough to make this connection and think "There must be a lot of good old games that I missed throughout the years" and I think I started emulating in my early teens, it's been so long it's difficult for me to remember a time when I didn't emulate.

I liked the combat system and the plot, that's more than I can say about most JRPGs.
