I'm actually really awful at this so i'm surprised that i won that many times, you at least could actually do 623 and 421 motions, and you had pretty good combos that din't rely on muscle memory. I say just keep practicing, you'll likely beat me in a landslide next time we play.

GG to you too. My usual opponents are a few guys I know and 1 is around my skill level, but the others are worse so getting BTFO'd a couple times is a pretty welcome change, it helps me get motivated to win. As far as combos go, I've never been good at learning the crazy long ones, but it wouldn't hurt me to check some of the basic ones. I just go off of what intuitively feels right for the most part.

They got some pretty good basic combos listed that you can pull off with each character for quick damage. Also, consider practicing grazing. You were running into my fireballs way too many times to count, it's specially useful against characters like yuyuko, okuu or patchy.

Remilia, those were some poor matches, up until i had to go melee-only to make it somewhat even, then it was actually a bit more fun due to the implied challenge. If you want a few tips:

>You need to learn WHEN and HOW to block, not when the opponent is showing you projectiles but when he's spamming melee, and not always standing when the opponent is using crouching attacks. Yes, standing and crouching block matters, it's what guardcrushes you.

>You need to actually learn your character's ranges, this can only be done with practice but you should consider doing it vs humans rather than the AI which is completely helpless against heavy bullet spam.

>Your B and C (light bullet, heavy bullet) attacks are better used for pressure at close range, when your opponent is already blocking, but good work on your ranged spam anyways.

>Learn when to use your spellcards and what they are useful for, like for example your 3-card and 5-card high damage Crosses are GREAT for waking out of melee agression because they have melee-invulnerability frames, meanwhile the others like Spear the Gungir are for complementing a successful Dial-A on the opponent or after hit confirms with C projectiles.

You have 3a's to punish, alt236 to catch and continue combos and your 6a is great for comboing/catching people off-guard. On top of that, your C's can be spammed with jump/dash cancels, while your B can be used to juggle your enemy off the 3a. You're slow as fuck but if you can catch your enemy you can do a lot of damage.

That said, Komachi is really, really fucking slow. Your ghosts can alleviate the problem somewhat, even if they don't cover a lot of area they're sorta necessary, since if you have long-lasting bullets in front of you, opponent can't dash into melee range and attack since he'll get hit, in theory - the problem is setting them up, you need time to do so, plus it's situational so you won't negate damage that way 100% every time. You get time by knocking the enemy down.

It seems you either keep crashing or getting DCed, it's really jarring considering you're really good at comboing with sakuya but you need to learn to graze a bit more and to use your C attacks, specially 6c more often as they have higher priority then most other projectiles.
