No. Pyro got some neat things and his flamethrower got fixed, and Heavy got everything he needed. Heavy's minigun got unnerfed and he's actually a terrifying threat; finally as a Pyro main I'm able to feel tense whenever I see a Heavy somewhere and shit myself when I see his minigun revving up. It fucking sucked having one of Pyro's main weaknesses be so easy to bully as him. I'm loving the balances so far; item servers are dicked so I have no way to test the new items or get them, so that's out of the question right now. As it stands though, the balances seem to be fucking rad so far. Pyro finally got the extra damage he needs and Heavy isn't useless anymore.

I played a competitive match last night and i'd have to say it's "people who don't actually like TF2" I mean holy shit, 6v6 makes turtle engineers, a well placed sentry nest and their pet spy checkers almost impossible to beat because there's just no way you're going to have enough fire power to get past the sentries without dying, and still have to deal with the other 6 team members, but more than that, the game does everything to make the match as fast as possible. For example in payload, there's only TWO ROUNDS per match, and once you go through those two rounds with the second round generally being shorter based on how well the first team played, Once that's done though, that's it, now get the fuck out and spend another hour looking for a match, or buy more shit from the store.
The absolute worst part about it for me is that contracts are disabled while using this.

Puff 'n Sting was already dead ever since they nerfed the fuck out of it ever since Gun Mettle. Afterburn nerf only affects primary flamers though, the flare guns and the sharpened volcano fragment still does full afterburn duration, however i agree that this is a very unwanted change.
Flamer hitboxes are fixed boyo but i hate the new particle effects, its too opaque compared to the old particle affects, and its color are 'off' compared to the rest of the fire particle effects.

After yet another update today that would not install because of corrupt files, I figured out that by unmounting the drive it keeps trying to download to, and restarting steam, it fixes the issue since it only has the correct drive to install the update on. Then I can just remount the other drive.
