Organize a retrospective on Mira and have her come over on an all-expenses paid appearance. Hopefully the publicity would be enough for her to quit her day job and make yuri full-time. Hold retrospectives on other established yuri artists (Morishima Akiko, Morinaga Milk, Kurogane Ken, etc.) as well so that they can gain exposure outside of the genre.

Also, hold a nationwide annual yuri art contest where submissions are judged by technical mastery and fealty to anime artstyle conventions (i.e. no CalArts or tumblr noses) as well as approach to the subject matter. The winner gets a cash prize as well as free admission and access to the patrons-only tea lounge for a year. This should encourage "western yuri" artists to draw closer to the original source instead of slapping the yuri label on ugly/politically charged tumblr doodles.
