Could be anyone. Plenty of people interested in messing with the CC.
Doesn't even need to be coordinated. Could just be twitter fucking them over, like they're fucking over everybody. If you leave the CC bubble, you'll see every slightly controversial figure/group getting the boot.
Now, lets engage the idea of it being a single person causing this.
What speaks for it being MT?
* MT regulary utilizes DMCAs, other legal stuff and false reports.
* MT has had beef with some commentary people in the past.
* MT is hostile towards the commentary comeverybody.
* MT has no life and plenty of time.
What speaks against it?
* As far as I'm aware, MT never managed to take down mid-size or bigger twitters (above 10k) in the past - he managed to take down some smaller ones, likely with help.
* As far as I'm aware, in the past weeks MT never mentioned any of these people losing their twitter. If it were him, he would've goaded over it, at least on /cow/.
* MT doesn't posess the technological know-how. Running twitter bots, are you joking? He's barely able to keep up a twitch stream.

The only good troll he ever made was the Jewwario thing and that only required some minor Paint.Net skills. Taking on the CC, making big names cry on stream? Out of the fucking picture. So, two scenarios here.
A: They were not talking MT, MT was just pulling everything out of his ass. Would be hilarious.
B: They were talking about MT, they're fucking retards playing into his hands (not that his game is very sophisticated at all, they're just such utter morons). Very disappointing.
I refuse for now to acknowledge a third scenario in which MT is the actual perpetrator (assuming there is one).
