Should i learn Clojure or Common Lisp if i want a job? What about Scala? I worked a bit with spring, so i think i have high tollerance to java bloat

If you want a job Scala is the only option. Next would be clojure, where a few web dev shops use it.

That is until you have to actually write code in it. If you've been spoiled by an actual lisp you'll find clojure unbearable. Consider Kotlin or Scala instead.
