He's just trying to systematize some kind of Hanseatic Guild Economy and Social Structure, but "modernized", in the sense that it's completely thought throughout to work like clockwork.
The key word is "systematize", he's making a code out of a societal model, and because of that he has to be scientific (something he keeps blabing about).
He also has to deal with a problem that haunts economy schools: how to know how much money has to circulate in said society in relation to goods (he expands to "commons", which is better, because it's a more complete description - it includes intangible stuff like social capital).
All is well, he's redpilled, he names the Jew, he knows about the Indo-Europeans, he shits on Libertarians (economically and socially).
But he's also a mega turbo hyper autist who thinks his lack of writing abilities has to do with him being too smart instead of he just sucking ass at writing.
What he writes can be understood, but it's a pain in the ass, specially because it's not in a book-like, chapter-like structure, and often is just his ramblings out of order - the shit we all write on notepads or agendas.
If you know about what he's talking about, then he's not worth of your time.
If you don't know, identify the themes and go learn it from elsewhere, he's not writing for the layman.
