Micro black holes evaporate instantly into radiation and creating them with current technology would consume probably 10^20 times the amount of usable energy produced. Same problem for antiprotons.
The only possible use I can think of is producing them fast and densely enough to produce a slightly larger than usual micro black hole and keep it going until you get to a size that is stable with a steady stream of hydrogen atoms or something.
Then you have a stable blackhole you can use for experiments to probe the limits of out understanding.
This is all fantasy of course, due to the issue mentioned in my first paragraph. They evaporate much more quickly than you could possibly get them to condense.
