Even EULA's as absurd as shrinkwrap agreements have been enforced in certain states. Regardless of that, a big software company has billions of dollars at their disposal AND the incentive to fuck you in the ass. What do you have? It doesn't even matter if a EULA is legally enforceable or not, they have a dozen other ways to cull you into submission before you've even reached the court, and that can be historically proven, shill-san.

The AS IS clause you posted is pretty much a must in any license. Even minimal free licenses, such as MIT, make use of it, because otherwise the poor developers could get their collective asses sued to oblivion for any small failure. I would argue actually paying for the software should entitle the customer to some support, but whatever.

It's the reason I would never ever recommend using the WTFPL, because it does not include an AS IS clause (and "whatever the fuck you want" includes suing you). If you want a solid "anything goes" no-license, use CC0 or Unlicense if you are feeling edgier, but never WTFPL.
