I'll go for mail server, even though it seems that the current anti-spam model is totally fucked up, since it's based on trust, and so if you have little traffic, you'll never get enough trust and the mail are always end in the bin.

and your emails will be accepted by all mail servers that aren't run by retards. Gmail will accept emails from servers set up in this way, and since seemingly 99% of people use Gmail now, you'd be fine.

Install an IP-over-ICMP and IP-over-DNS tunnel. Will let you leech freely through many captive portal and paid WiFi services.
