<The Swedish ISP Bahnhof has a strong historic commitment to free speech, so when the notoriously corrupt science publishing giant Elsevier (previously) sought to force the ISP to censor connections to the open access site Sci-Hub (previously), the ISP went to court to resist the order.

<Instead, Bahnhof now blocks attempts to visit Sci-Hub domains, and Elsevier.com, redirecting attempts to visit Elsevier to a page explaining how Elsevier's sleaze and bullying have allowed it to monopolize scientific publishing, paywalling publicly funded science that is selected, reviewed and edited by volunteers who mostly work for publicly funded institutions.

<To as icing on this revenge-flavored cake, Bahnhof also detects attempts to visit its own site from the Patent and Market Court and redirects them to a page explaining that since the Patent and Market Court believes that parts of the web should be blocked, Bahnhof is blocking the court's access to itspart of the web.

There's nothing surprising about it. If I'm not wrong Sweden is the home of the Pirate Party.

The problem is that this is just a result of the (very successful) century long effort by the jews to divide people into two groups: worshipers of corporations, the state and the military, and worshipers of niggers, women and homosexuals. Sweden leans heavily to the second group, while the US leans to the first.

Sure, they might be against corporations, that isn't unexpected, but unfortunately they're cucked about everything else.

This is one answer to censorship : simply out censor the censor.

But it will be funny , since the copyright firm and the court will not be able to navigate that part of the web anymore.

Basically creating a darkzone.

Should 8chan do the same to known copyright trolls firms ?

Simply give then 401/403/418 instead of the content of the website ?

What is the legal basis of black listing individuals or corporations from accessing content ?

Are there agreements between isp's not to do that ?

OFC if anyone has a brain they will proxy / VPN the block.

And competent search engines will still list the content for them.

Some similarities would be the "hausrecht" where a store owner can tell you to fuck-off and never come back.
