The same way Star Wars made lots of other horrifying things family friendly, like Vader breaking necks, Leia being threatened with a torture probe covered in needles, Luke being dragged off and almost eaten by a blood-stained wampa, not to mention the rancor and the sarlacc pit devouring people whole. There's also all the gruesome dismemberment like when Obi-Wan slices off that guy's arm and splatters the floor in blood.
It's the tone of the story that determines whether a scary monster is family friendly or not. Star Wars gets away with a lot because it's an upbeat swashbuckling adventure setting. A xenomorph could be dropped into any Star Wars movie and parents wouldn't be up in arms because "it's just Star Wars".
Doing that would kill off a lot of the scare factor of xenomorphs and predators assuming the endless sequels didn't do that already which would be a real shame, but Disney wants money and refuses to make dark scary movies so they will probably butcher them eventually and disregard everything that came before their purchase.
