You're wrong about a lot of things here.
>meat, fish, egg & greens-based diet with minimal fruits and starchy veg, minimal dairy and no grains or pasta or bread
Uhm… No? If anything a vegetarian diet consisting of more fruits, vegetables, dairy, and plenty of grains, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, will be better for you than just eating meat, fish, and eggs. All those things are packed with fibre and carbs - they are vital. Upping the counts of fruit and vegetables gives you a much more diverse range of micronutrients. No grains and minimal fruit? No pasta? No bread? Where the fuck did you get such shitty information? Your moms Atkins diet book from 1998?
>the more fat and protein the better
Not true. Ideally the amount of protein you would like to consume is a gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight you have, going too much over that isn't going to do anything for you. Its also not a good idea to try and eat as much fat as you can, fat is an essential part of your macronutrients but you don't want to eat shit tonnes of it. Part of being swole is also lowering your bodyfat levels so that your muscles actually show. Its not just about getting bigger muscles but lowering the amount of fat your body stores so that they are aesthetically noticeable.
>eat whenever hungry and eat as much as you need to feel full
This one is total bullshit, have you ever heard of intermittent fasting or time restricted eating? Those are what are getting a lot of great results right now. Before the idea was to eat six meals a day, which is still applicable and will show results, but eat whenever hungry? Nah. Eat as much as you need to feel full? Definitley not. So far if you followed this diet and nutrition plan you would gain fuck loads of fat and not have that much nutritional balance or intake. There are certain times when it is optimal for your body to process certain foods and nutrients, just eating whenever you want and how much you want when you feel like it is the actual antithesis of a good nutrition plan for working out.
>gym 3-4 times a week, where you will do heavy weights (machines first then as much freeweights as possible)
The gym 3-4 times a week, yeah sure at least you got that part right, but you don't need any machines. All you need is heavy weight or to create the illusion of heavy weight on your body. High intensity strength circuits will do it for you, the key is not reps, nor is it use this machine or that (in fact machines are pretty shit unless you know exactly what muscle groups you want to target) aim for compound movements and go for the level of intensity rather than length or session.
>some light cardio on your off days
There is literally no point to this if your goal is soley to build muslce. If you are a big guy with a lot of bodyfat percentage to lose then yeah it might be a good idea, but doing cardio on your rest days when you are small and want to build will just burn you out. Your muscle needs to recover to actually grow, if you exert yourself when your body needs rest (which it should if you work out right) you won't see the results you are looking for.
People over 40 would actually benefit from roids than say a young man because at 40 you are producing a fraction of the amount of testerone and growth hormone than a 20 year old guy is. If there ever was a reason to take roids, its certainly more applicable to the older guy who physically can't produce the amount of test he used to.
Avoid protein powder? Are you fuckin mad? The enhanced results from proper implementation of supplements is pretty undeniable. It makes you work better, gives you more energy, gives you nutrients, vitamins, plenty of protein which is normally impossible to consume from just a standard diet. If you're a 200lbs guy how are you supposed to get 200g of protein in you from just food? The volume is too much. Protein bars, protein shakes, plus creatine, magnesium, zinc, vitamins, will all give you an extra edge and enhancement to your workout and results.
>avoid jerking to porn everyday
>don't eat soy
Masturbating increases the level of testerone the body produces and stimulates growth hormone. If you actually look after your body and excercise regularly, running away from scary estrogen in soy is not going to be a problem for you. - Really shitty information man, you could be doing damage to people with that by acting like you know what you are talking about when you don't.
