CLAS stands for Cut, Lift and Substitute.
Anons have posted this in various breads, but it deserves its own thread. Some twitterfag pointed out that CLAS implies substitution of other elements in a string that come after. The twatterfag thinks this is a form of string substitution from graphical theory.
Previously, we thought [] meant "killbox", and maybe in some cases it does.
But it looks like Q might be using a substitution book cipher, with the pledge of allegiance as the book.
