Former NSA Tech Chief Says Mueller Report Was Based on CIA-Fabricated ‘Evidence’

BILL BINNEY: I basically have always been saying that all of this Russian hack never happened, but we have some more evidence coming out recently. We haven’t published it yet, but what we have seen is that there are at least five items that we’ve found that were produced by Guccifer 2.0 back on June 15th, where they had the Russian fingerprints in them, suggesting the Russians made the hack. Well, we found the same five items published by Wikileaks in the Podesta emails. Those items do not have the Russian fingerprints, which directly implies that Guccifer 2.0 was inserting these into the files to make it look like the Russians did this hack. Taking that into account with all the other evidence we have; like the download speeds from Guccifer 2.0 were too fast, and they couldn’t be managed by the web. And that the files he was putting together and saying that he actually hacked, the two files he said he had were really one file, and he was playing with the data; moving it to two different files to claim two hacks. Taking that into account with the fabrication of the Russian fingerprints, it leads us back to inferring that in fact the marble framework out of the Vault 7 compromise of CIA hacking routines was a possible user in this case. In other words, it looked like the CIA did this, and that it was a matter of the CIA making it look like the Russians were doing the hack. So, when you look at that and also look at the DNC emails that were published by Wikileaks that have this phat file format in them, all 35,813 of these emails have rounded off times to the nearest even second. That’s a phat file format property; that argues that those files were, in fact, downloaded to a thumb drive or CD-rom and physically transported before Wikileaks posted them. Which again argues that it wasn’t a hack. So, all of the evidence we’re finding is clearly evidence that the Russians were not in fact hacking; it was probably our own people. It’s very hard for us to get this kind of information out. The mainstream media won’t cover it; none of them will. It’s very hard. We get some bloggers to do that and some radio shows.

Also, I put all of this into a sworn affidavit in the Roger Stone case. I did that because all of the attack on him was predicated on him being connected with this Russian hack which was false to being with. All the evidence we’re accumulating clearly says and implies, the US government — namely the FBI, CIA, the DOJ, and of course State Department — all these people involved in this hack, bought a dossier and all of the information going forward to the FISA court. All of them knew that this was a fake from the very beginning, because this Guccifer 2.0 character was fabricating it. They were using him plus the Internet Research Agency [IRA] as “supposed trolls of the Russian government”. Well, when they sent their lawyers over to challenge that in a court of law, the government failed to prove they had any connection with the Russian government. They basically were chastised by the judge for fabricating a charge against this company. So, if you take the IRA and the trolls away from that argument, and Guccifer 2.0, then the entire Mueller report is a provable fabrication; because it’s based on Guccifer 2.0 and the IRA. Then the entire Rosenstein indictment is also a fabrication and a fake and a fraud for the same reasons. The judges seem to be involved in trying to keep this information out of the public domain. So, we have a really extensive shadow government here at work, trying to keep the understanding and knowledge of what’s really happening away from the public of the United States. That’s the really bad part. And the mainstream media is a participant in this; they’re culpable

Did Eric Holder Cover Up FBI’s Role In ’95 OKC Bomb Plot?

In 2005, just ahead of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) recovered a box of Kinestik explosives from the home of Terry Nichols, the convicted co-conspirator of Tim McVeigh in the Oklahoma City bombing. An affidavit from Oklahoma City conspirator Nichols about the explosives should have sent out shockwaves when it was filed in November of 2007:

I was asked to . . . disclose the location of the box of explosives . . . that I had taken from Roger Moore’s home in Arkansas. This was the same box of explosives recently discovered at my Herington, Kan. home and seized by the FBI. McVeigh had used this Kinestik as a detonator for his bomb. McVeigh said that when Moore furnished the Kinestiks, Moore had told McVeigh that he knew McVeigh “would put them to good use.” I responded by telling Mr. Selby [Michael Selby, an attorney for the government—Ed.] that I could “give” him Roger Moore. Mr. Selby’s reaction to my offer, however, was not what I had expected. Mr. Selby essentially said “no deal.” Mr. Selby told me that Roger Moore was “untouchable.”

Attached to that affidavit was a “302” (FBI witness statement) filed by Selby, who came to Nichols that day in the Florence, Colorado prison in 2005 on an “off the-books mission” authorized by the highest levels of the Department of Justice.

Moore was the Arkansas gun dealer and FBI informant who worked with Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) informant Andreas Strassmeier, the man widely believed to have originally given McVeigh the idea of bombing the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. Both were handled by FBI agent Larry Potts, a senior FBI official who had allegedly personally ordered the murder of members of the Randy Weaver family at Ruby Ridge, Idaho.

Moore was being “run” by two FBI agents—known as Ross and Hayes—from the Hot Springs, Arkansas office. But the Elohim City operation was not a two-bit FBI sting; it was authorized by top Justice officials.

In 2001, in a bid to avoid a full release of documents, the Federal Bureau of Prisons paid a settlement of $1.1M to several members of Trentadue’s family, but his brother refused to drop the investigation and filed a FOIA lawsuit for the missing documents. That suit has been ongoing in the Salt Lake City federal courthouse.

The later has more going for it, since, as the Jury, the Senate need not have the actual articles in its possession to begin the trial. They simply need be in session, with rules settled, and the Chief Justice comfortably seated.

The three-part series “Don’t F–k With Cats,” which debuted Wednesday, chronicles the story of amateur sleuths who spent time hunting an internet killer named Luka Magnotta, a Canadian man who was captured in 2012 in Berlin after a worldwide manhunt. Then just 29, he murdered a lover with an ice pick, dismembered his body and allegedly ate parts of the victim’s corpse before shipping a hand and a foot to Canadian political offices.

But what seems to disturb viewers most — and is a nod to the documentary’s blatant title — are videos made by Magnotta and posted online in 2010. One video, titled “1 boy 2 kittens,” depicts him killing kittens by putting them in plastic bags and suffocating them by sucking out air using a vacuum cleaner; another shows him feeding other kittens to a python.

Netflix viewers took to Twitter using a hashtag The Post can’t publish — because it uses the full expletive in the title — to describe the movie as “brutal.”

“I’ve never seen something so disturbing in all my life and I’ve watched some tough crime documentaries. what a sick individual,” one person wrote. Shocked people flooded Twitter with a deluge of superlatives, ranging from “horrific” to “f–king crazy,” and “upsetting” to “shocking.”

One Twitter user cautioned viewers to “BE WARNED before watching. I had to close my eyes & I almost threw up & I can handle watching a lot.” Another tweeter said to avoid seeing the program if you’re “triggered” by animal abuse, adding: “Didn’t realize what kind of show it was so I played a trailer — turned it off after few seconds and started crying.” And yet another viewer offered that “some of those images are going to take a long time to leave my head.”

Other viewers were disturbed that portions of the animal abuse videos were shown at all in the film. “I’m kind of angry at Netflix for using real footage of the kittens killed by that motherf–ker,” posted Twitter user @SilenceSaturne. “It was so unnecessary.”

Another person said they “had instant regrets” when they started watching. “It just took me 17 minutes to come to the complete realization and just … stop,” @rocketslifting posted.

One Twitter commenter had a vengeful reaction to the cat killer, saying the documentary is “genuinely the most f–ked up thing I’ve ever watched. Would happily slowly torture this guy til I’m satisfied he’s suffered enough like the cats he killed.”
