I looked up "SATRREC" in Duckduckgo and found InterCom Electronics, Inc., a South Korean Civilian and Military Electronics Company:

>http:// www.intercomelec.co.kr/catal/InterCom_english_rev140221.pdf

It lists 'SaTRreC Initiative', another S.Korean Aerospace company. There is also a revised pdf:

>http:// www.intercomelec.co.kr/catal/InterCom_english_rev160108.pdf

In which the name has been changed--corrected– to 'Satrec Initiative'

This company

>http:// www.si-imaging.com/aboutus/sigroup/

Makes software, hardware, military electronics, …

From InterCom Electronics's revised pdf, Satrec makes electronics and software for:

•Satellite manufacturing exporter

•Space Programs

--RazakSat (Malaysian), DubaiSat-1 & 2 (UAE), RASAT (Turkish),

--KOMPSAT (Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite) -1 , -2, -3, -3A, -5

--COMS-1 (Korean Geostationary Satellite), KSLV-1 (Korea Satellite Launch Vehicle)

•Defense Programs

--Next Generation Tank,

--Defense Robot

and a LOT more. So…'embed string' applies to an Islamic satellite? Or a South Korean observation satellite? Or…?
