We, the PEOPLE now come in defense of our Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness bring MSM et al., FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, YOUTUBE, and TWITTER hereinafter defendants before our court as they have trespassed against We the PEOPLE. Defendants have used their products and services to undermine our CONSTITUTION, THE BILL OF RIGHTS and our way of life. Manufacturing and selling their products and services through deceptive practices a premeditated breach of the peace. Defendants have created an environment of war, fear, hate, and emotional conflict with the intention to divide, conquer and rob We, the PEOPLE of our Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. We, the People have already suffered unimaginable injury as our trust has been breached and our free will through our expression of speech and defense of our Life and property has and is under attack by said defendants. These defendants are working together in their wrongdoing and now a immediate cease and desist of their criminal behavior must be issued and enforced to protect We, the PEOPLE of our Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness, our CONSTITUTION, THE BILL OF RIGHTS and our Independence.
As these are merely vessels of pirates We, the PEOPLE order this court to call on the service of Our Coast Guard to confiscate these vessels in Our defense and in which now shall be used for Our Pursuit of Happiness. Warrants of arrest shall be issued for the capture and arrest of the captain(s), and his crew member(s) which knowingly engage(d) in piracy which has and continues to rob us of our Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.
