I will put this out one more time since the previous bread became an alien / religious conversation. Looked into USSS and search popped up with a curious result: USSS-DTRA - Defense Threat Reduction Agency based out of Ft. Belviour in VA. They are the control center for all things WMD related and cal themselves the DODs 911 for these types of events. With the threat of FFs mentioned numerous times, it would make sense to me that THIS agency would be on high alert if active OPs are going down. I really wish I had an audience to explain the completely legal scam in healthcare pricing works. There are so many bureaucratic layers of anticompetitive bullshit anyone who starts out with an interest in the subject quickly falls asleep.
Whenever healthcare policy is debated, the narrative is almost exclusively about who should pay for it. Private or Public. It really doesn't make much of a difference.
The right question to ask is why does my insurance company pay $2k for an MRI. The sheep either say "thats bullshit" or if they are ambitious and have done a little bit of research will say "Well the machine costs 2million". Very few ask why does the machine cost 2 million.
The answer is that the machine costs 2 million because GE and Siemens know that hospitals are getting paid 2grand a shot to use it and will have a 30-40% ROI on the capital investment after accounting for the techs and support staff to operate it at some % of capacity. If the reimbursement for an MRI were cut in half, they would have to lower the price accordingly.
The real scam in healthcare lies 100% in the coding committees who determines what product or service gets paid what amount.
Donald Trump seems to get this. In the SOTU he called out pharma pricing. They should be terrified. He has near absolute pricing power through the CMS coding and reimbursement committees. I wish i could sit down with someone in his administration and offer some advice on unrigging the game. I lived this shit from the inside for 10 years.

So, lets look at Tagamet HB, which was the leading medication prescribed for ulcers. Except that ulcers are caused by H. pylori bacteria and can be successfully cured by tetracycline and bismuth. There was a veterinarian/NP named Joel Wallach who had his famous "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" spiel some decades ago, pushing colloidal minerals. His point was that doctors denigrated taking vitamins and minerals but doctors die rather young. One of his points was about ulcers and the fact that veterinarians are taught how to treat them but doctors are not. Wallach was and is still attacked as a quack.

The FBI, who already were misrepresenting the Clinton opposition research product as an intelligence document to the FISA Court and had not verified the contents therein now had a new problem: the source of the Clinton opposition research had been fired for blowing his cover.
