Starting when exactly? I don't see anything significant yet except a particularly "successful" suicide bombing. Suicide prevention month + week.

Could this imply massive suicide attacks a la 9/11? Or ramped up smaller bombings like this? There were warnings that another "9/11" type event might be used to push a timetable or upset plans.
