What Does "SKYKING" Mean?

Contrary to Newfag belief, "SKYKING" isn't a single spy-pilot carrying a nuke or bomb,

but a signal to elevate the severity of the broadcast and not to interrupt. Think of it as an Email marked as "important".

Can we Decipher SkyKing Codes?

No. Us normies do not have any way to crack their codes because they use a "One Time Pad".
