(Re-read Qdrops with 'No name" and "we do not say his name". So was it suicide, or a well-orchestrated part of The Plan? "Suicide weekend? Hands up?" Q does not appear to entertain the possibility of death by cancer in #1932.)

I think No Name privately surrendered and was taken into custody while publicly dying from cancer. Q/POTUS is in control.
