You are correct. The SB won't be hit for several reasons. First off, it has more security than anything outside the WH. That's a hardened target and any force used would have to be overwhelming. Overwhelming force is almost impossible to hide.
Secondly, there will be many of the cabal there. This pretty much would mean suicide for themselves with any large-scale (like Sum or Black Sunday) attack.
Lastly, immediately after any high-stress event, the adrenaline rush after-effects tend to make one lethargic. From this, I see something later that night or even early on Monday to be the ideal time for any type of attack, be it real or FF.
