I'll explain this in as short an explanation as I can.
PNG files are broken up into sections. They're called "chunks" because some extremely juvenile people created the format. I call them "sections" because I'm not 13. PLTE is the palette section, IF a file is formatted that way. It contains (normally) 256 entries of 3 bytes each after xxxxPLTE where xxxx is a 32-bit number containing the PLTE section size. This is the color palette. Each pixel of the image is a reference; an index into that palette. This allows each pixel to be stored as 1 byte instead of 3 (one for each of red, green, and blue color channels).
IDAT is the section that holds the image data itself. There can be one IDAT section or a thousand of them.
Here's the kicker that nullifies ALL your work: everything you can look at in the IDAT sections will be compressed data. God Himself would have a hard time hiding any data in there. You really can't feasibly control what the post-compression data is going to look like, and that's what you're looking at - post-compression data. So anything you find inside an IDAT section is going to be - I hate to say it - purely coincidental if it makes any kind of sense to you. Compressed data is "white noise" and unless the image is one solid color, you're not going to have (feasibly) any control over what the post-compression data looks like.
Within the other sections, there are very strict formats declared for how the data they contain must be formatted. Hiding data in there would destroy the integrity of the section.
The PNG header at the start of the file declares the image width and height. You can't feasibly tell how much data is actually present, post-decompression, because the data is compressed! Simple, right? A file might have 2,345 bytes of compressed pixel data. But looking at it, you have no idea how many bytes that will decompress to.
"Metadata" is descriptive data that's not involved in the actual decoding of the image. If there is more pixel data than required for the declared size of the image, then that extra data will be ignored and you can indeed hide stuff in there. But you have to decompress it to see what it is. Post compression data will not show you anything meaningful if you're looking at the file in any kind of disk editor that shows raw hex data. You have to decompress it.
If an IDAT section is present, and the entire section is superfluous, then it will be the last section, or the last x sections. These may not be compressed, but if not, they would require a special building of the file with an app designed to do that. It's not difficult to do, but it does involve some custom programming to do it.
So that's the Reader's Digest version of what you're working with. There cannot be PNG files without compression; the standard does not allow for it. So what I've laid out will hold true across all PNG files..

Read a million posts, made 6000 Twitter posts, 3m+ impressions, made hundreds of memes (including the banner for Storm and Qresearch). Estimated over 600 hours of mostly phonefagging. Not looking for a medal or recognition. Did it for (Q).
It's been an honor to serve with you anons even if I have been filtered, banned, called a shill, glowing nig, concernfag, namefag (codex), and worse at times. We have done some good work digging, meme making, and red pilling the world.
We faced all the shilling, famefags, ShareBlue, disinfo trolls, and we still have a significant number of anons believing and staying on course through all of this. That alone is enough to consider a success.

So FISA Judges are sequestered or live in a cave when they aren't in the courtroom???
The FISC judges never heard of any controversy about the dossier or FISA warrant during the first 6+ months of 2017?
They never realized that Trump's March, 2017 tweet on wiretapping might be based on a FISA warrant they had authorized?
They thought that spying on a presidential candidate and president elect was ok and signed 2 more extensions?
They never thought that applications to spy on a sitting president might require some extra evidence?
They never thought for themselves that the dossier might not be vetted or that the FBI was not being honest with them?
I understand why the Nunes memo writers wanted to be respectful to the FISC.
Personally, I do not have to deal with FISC judges so I am free to point out that their extension approvals demonstrate wilful ignorance, bureaucratic malaise, or membership on the anti-trump team.
There may be a perfectly valid explanation for approving the FISA extensions/expansions, but at the moment I can't think of one.

Exactly the questions that must be answered. I would open investigation, notify every judge, and employee down 3 levels with preservation of evidence order including all personal devices, and send in trusted team to that court and seize all of that evidence as soon as is legally feasible >>253265
