Page has stated that he worked on transactions involving Gazprom and other leading Russian energy companies.

After leaving Merrill Lynch in 2008, Page founded his own investment fund, Global

Foreign policy and links to Russia[edit]
In 1998, Page joined the Eurasia Group, a strategy consulting firm, but left three months later. If the top line is an eye-grabber, then they might click the meme and read the smaller text. Think newspaper headline (for those of us old enough to remember newspapers, kek)
If the top line sucks, your chance they will look at the entire meme goes down.
Graphic design is important.
If using faces of people, use internet search to find expressions that really match your message.
I just hate seeing the same image of a certain person over and over again. There are lots of photos of these public people available. If you need some background next to their face to place readable text, chances are you can probably find it if you take a minute and look for it.
I'm a color freak. You may have noticed that I do unconventional things with color. Color catches people's attention. Makes something stand out from its surroundings.
That doesn't mean any old color is good. It still has to be legible, and, hopefully, a bit aesthetically pleasing. Margins/whitespace around the text helps the eye.
