The report doesn't mention the Australian witness Brian Hodge who was on the same floor or the recording device that was hidden on the food cart. It's an obvious cover-up, but of what?

I agree. After reviewing the report, there are many unanswered questions. Maybe the FBI has the "meat and potatoes"? I've read several theories about this horrible event. From a failed arms deal, that Air Force One was parked at nearby McCarron airport, a FF gun grab event, etc. Some have said the Saudis were involved, but nothing in this report. Maybe there are some DOJ "sealed indictments" sitting in a docket somewhere? Lord only knows.
