It's probably just a "coincidence", but I was looking at the following events and there perspective dates and looking for any correlation:

In my research, I found that the meaning of covfee is the following:
"Covfefe’ (pronounced “cuv – fee- fae”) is an Antediluvian term for “In the end we win.” It was commonly used by the sons of Adam to rail against the evil actions of the fallen who had led man astray.

Then on 6/12/17 the following Bill (H.R.2884 - COVFEFE Act of 2017) was introduced which redefines definition of "documentary material" to include social media, which includes "any form of electronic communication (such as a website for social networking and microblogging) through which users create an online community to share information, ideas, personal messages, and other content"

I began to speculate on whether or not the Qanon phenomenon is an arm of the above bill (indirectly). The first Qanon post is supposedly 10/28/17. I counted up the days between the covfefe tweet and the first Qanon post, and it's 149 days.
149 is the 35th Prime number which also happens to be the 35th presidency, which is John F. Kennedy.
