The publication below originally from the Army Military Intelligence explains in great, great detail how this is the beginning (catalyst) to being able to transcend time. It’s very deep and I’m so excited right now I can’t write anymore than to fill 750 characters to post this. What is this timeline!?! Did Tesla’s notes help Itzhak’s studies to completion and transcension?

Past, present, future… coincidentally Itzhak was killed in a plane crash AA 191 in 1979. His YouTube video intros say he was 40 years ahead of his time! It’s almost 2019, 40 years from his passing.
