I believe all these docs are from the same case (Anthony Weiner sexting with the underage girl). There's a inventory which details several documents under seal. It's possible that some pieces of evidence will never be unsealed because the victim was a minor (aka evidence is considered child pornography).

Supposedly Preet Bharara was fired because he was dragging his feet with the Weiner case. Weiner was actually charged soon after Bharara was fired by Trump. Joon Kim became the acting US attorney for the southern district of NY and that's who signed off on these court docs.

The most interesting part is something I actually haven't heard anyone talk about… Earlier docs actually only ask for Weiner to surrender his iPhone; there's no mention of the laptop. However, Weiner had already taken steps to hide evidence… He gave his iPhone, laptop, and a tablet to Granite Intelligence two days before he was ordered to surrender his iPhone. The court concluded that he knowingly transferred child pornography and therefore they had probable cause to search and seize ALL three devices.

But the real question… Did Preet Bharara or Joon Kim INTENTIONALLY try to omit the laptop? It seems it was included only after exhaustive efforts by assistant US attorneys.

Trump fired Joon Kim in January of this year. Geoffrey Berman is now the US attorney for the southern district of New York (aka Manhattan, where Trump tower is located).

This implies that Weiner only communicated with the minor on his phone and not his laptop. Yes I did file a FOIL (Freedom of Information Law in NY State) request for the contents of Weiner's laptop. I wasn't very detailed in what I requested because the online form didn't allow for much and I just wanted the request to be as clear and simple as possible. It's the file titled USA-v-Weiner-SDNY-CM… There are over a dozen documents listed which say 'filed and entered: sealed document placed in vault'.

I did notice something in the IG report which I think is relevant to what we've been talking about here and Q actually referenced it too. I've attached screen caps… The first and second are pages 293 and 294 of the IG report. Page 293 references "the Weiner matter which is growing more complicated" and page 294 gives notes directly from FBI EAD Coleman which state "…Initial analysis of laptop - thousands emails, Hillary Clinton & Foundation, Crime Against Children." The third pic the is of Q post 1765157 which references the note from page 294 of the IG report.

These are interesting developments because:

WHY would the Weiner matter become MORE complicated?? They already knew about Weiner texting the teen… and by the time this message was sent, they already knew about HRC's emails as well… So, what could possibly make this MORE complicated?? Not supprisingly, there wasn't a single person questioned who could remember what was growing so complicated…

The second pic from page 294 is important because there's a separation between the lines referring to Weiner's crimes and the following lines referring to HRC… Note also that the last line says 'Crime Against CHILDREN.' Plural. Weiner was only charged in relation to one CHILD.

The Q post implies that these specific pages were left in the IG report unredacted because there are still people who don't believe this is real… and I can ALMOST forgive their denial… I mean, this is SO big and SO horrific. I can't even imagine how hard this will be for the people who grew up trusting their government. I'm 31 and I've literally NEVER known that feeling. Some day soon, I'm going to have to hand a red pill to my grandma and that idea breaks my heart… So, for all the sweet grandparents and amazing baby boomers, little crumbs in the official reports will be the easiest beginning to their awakening.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under James Comey and Andrew McCabe sat on the revelation that Anthony Weiner possessed more than 300,000 relevant emails on his laptop including tons of Hillary Clinton-Huma Abedin emails dating back to 2007.

Why? The report from Inspector General Michael Horowitz claims that the FBI shifted focus to the higher priority of the “Russia collusion” investigation, and that agents did not think the emails on Weiner’s laptop (many of them classified) would be “important.”

The fact that Weiner had access to classified Clinton emails is stunning enough. Now, courtesy of the IG report, we know that Comey’s FBI were obviously complicit in covering up the revelation and using the “Russia” hoax to divert attention from Weiner.

So what warrant is being talked about here? Is it the warrant issued by the FBI or the NYPD? I suspect the former.
