I haven't seen a specific mention of her by Q…so at this point, the purpose is up in the air.
Here are some arguments in favor of her being /ourgirl:
1. Q has mentioned repeatedly that not everyone is corrupt (starting Q3)
2. Feinstein and McCain opposed her nomination
3. POTUS picked her
4. Pompeo might have suggested her to POTUS, after working with her for awhile (no evidence of this at the moment)
Here are some arguments against:
1. She was endorsed by dozens of former Intel leaders, most of which were likely in power during times when corruption was rampant:

2. Q has never said "Trust" anything associated with Haspel, to my knowledge.
3. The fact that POTUS picked her might not have anything to do with him wanting her–he may have just done so to focus scrutiny on her.
4. Q mentioned that the C_A might be so bad that it might have to be absorbed into the NSA
Considering #3 against, consider this statement for Larry Schweikart regarding Mueller:
>he keeps numerous Deep Staters in the employ of the FBI where, although being systematically demoted and de-fanged, they cannot leak.

Also consider that Andrew McCabe served as interim Director of the FBI after Comey was taken out, and look what happened to him.
So the bottom line is, until Q posts something like "Trust Haskel," don't trust Haskel. For all we know, she may be /ourgirl, but the plan dictates that we not know it yet. Or maybe she's simply being put there to give /theirguys a sense that they can relax, now that one of their people is in place. We just can't tell at this point, so remain vigilant and the truth will come out in time.
