I have to break this into two parts as too long for 1 apparently:
Part 1:
This is an odd situation with quite a few different things that I cross referenced and put together on the "Q" research threads but given today's article I believe this needs its own thread now. I will lay it all out piece by piece to hopefully paint this picture properly.
1) On 13 Feb 18 Chelsea Clinton made an odd tweet referencing mosquito emoji's, linking a John's Hopkins article about "public health awareness" in regards to mosquito's and, finally, she ends her statement by describing mosquito's as "the most dangerous animals on earth":
Her tweet:

John's Hopkins article:

Note: I found this worth mention - "Byte-sized bug is among 157 new characters approved for release in June"
Before I get into the more recent issues: Upon further research and strangely enough it was, again, Chelsea Clinton who, on 9 Aug 16 received an article stating she was the "first" to say "ZIKA" and, on top of that, she sent "aides" down to Puerto Rico on a "fact finding mission" about the issue:

So fast forward to more recently. A woman named Milagra de Mier, a "mosquito activist" started a petition and began attacking the EPA for:
>KEY POINT: "This GMO Mosquitoes are created with E-Coli bacteria, herpes-simplex virus and other ingredients"
"…. Oxitec is planning to release genetically modified mosquitoes into the fragile enviroment of the Florida Keys and Texas."
"Once again, Oxitec wants to treat people like human experiments. Even though the EPA doesn’t have enough information about the environmental, health and even indirect economic impacts of these insects, it might give Oxitec the green light."
Oxitec is a UK company. Here is the petition:

So she headed to Washington to confront the EPA and present her 200,000 signature petition. A day later and after arriving in DC she was found dead in a pool:

So her death was on 10 April 18.
Note: Look as I might it appears the initial articles from 11 and 12 April 18 are gone. I know I archived them and added them to the Q Research but don't feel like going through them all as you will see my point and they are in there anyhow if we end up needing them. I will just write out the first two days:
11 April 18 - AZ reports a small ecoli outbreak related to lettuce
12 April 18 - AZ reports ecoli outbreak has grown to the northern area near Flagstaff but reiterate it was based on lettuce. 3 states, 11 ill.
16 April: The ecoli outbreak is now in 11 states with:
"35 cases of illness, 22 of which led to hospitalizations. Three people have developed a severe complication -- a type of kidney failure called hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) which can be life-threatening. The outbreak involves a particularly dangerous strain of the bacteria known as Shiga toxin-producing E. coli O157:H7."

… and now today (19 Apr 18):
"E. coli outbreak spreads as source of tainted lettuce remains a mystery"

Now at the same time this has been happening something else has been in the planning stages for many areas around the country, a "mock mass vaccination". First, this weird article surfaces two days back:

This won't archive so here is the main link (Oneonta, NY):

All the other articles from primary sources are now gone so here is my original collage on the issue where you see the school example I used "Bath Central School District" made the announcement on 9 Apr 18.
Now finally… I have been on this earth a long time and I have never once heard of "World Immunization Week". Well.. it's a real think apparently as it is on the World Health Organization (yeah..) website for 24-30 April 18:
