And we'll add a new character called Jubilee Serenity Dasher to lead the Mane5. She was made to be a waifu, you'll instantly fall in love with her.
She's the only rose petal floating atop the cesspool that is the Mane5's circlejerk,
Throughout the series Twilight Sparkle tries to defeat the Mane5 in a way that doesn't kill them. And through the Mane5's defeats and narrow wins Jubilee Dasher grows increasingly tired of her team of misfits and ill-behaved "newly-met friends".
The mane5 are forced to become better characters in order for their leader to not leave and turn against them.
Jubilee Dasher eventually leaves them, letting them fend for themselves like the big ponies they are. She never joins them back till they fix their rotten ways which all shit "friends" do.
At one point Jubilee even helps Twilight defeat the Mane5.
It's a 6 hour entertainment series with both 10 minute episodes and 20 minute episodes centered on educated behavior and children not appreciating their guardians and parent figures.
We'd have a humorous episode about "Leaders on strike".
Throughout the whole series we'd have the difference between acquaintance and friends spelled out for us. In one episode we'd have an "emotional psychologist" episode, but all executed through entertaining ways.
The message would be that people can change and improve, but there'd be a philosophy only slightly hinted at that most people cannot change who they are.
