Nah, The Ropers were not in season 7. They were only in seasons 1 through 4 (I think) then Don Knotts or "Ralph Furley" (that's who you saw) became the replacement landlord. The Ropers split to do a spin-off show called "The Ropers" which you may still be able to find on torrent or p2p networks.
