Thanks for the suggestion, but I wish I hadn't.
The world that most people see seems very different than the one I see.
I also have personal experience with PTSD and Panic Attacks, and have been in situations where bullets were flying all around, most of them not my own. I had already luckily had PTSD for many years by that time in my life, so had already learned how to not have a panic attack during something as calm as a mere firefight. Those are times to pay attention and keep your wits about you, "keep your head on a swivel".
The cop got too caught up in the feeling of power, and the need to project it, despite his crippling fear; and that was his undoing. That, and being a nigger. Remaining calm and methodical, relying on training, and one's trust in their own experience and practice… well, it's just not for everybody.
I hope there is no way that nig can any longer be employed as a law enforcement officer.
As for the EMT, he acted sanely until the moment he gave the cop his gun back! WTF?

when i was overseas, if we were training an afghan soldier and he did some shit like this we would take his gun and fuck his ass up. This to me, he didn't check his line of sight down range , just blindly started shooting bullets over a seems like an e.m.t.s head. . you would be court marshaled for being such a weak fucking person especially holding a firearm ? I wouldn't trust this person on my six . he has to go. In Vietnam and WWII I've heard stories all the time of panicky lieutenants from west point an Annapolis coming to lead men who've been there in the fight already and just "disappearing" . the men wouldn't put up with this shit at war. but at home we hire "muh diversity hires" probably has substandard I.Q. and most likely has a higher rank than he should, he should be on the pawn shop division , not in the field whatsoever, this makes me cringe watching this badly. One day his own men are going to do him. with a drop piece.
