I am not sure if this is the right place to post this. But how often should we fap once we are free? Never? Once a week? Every three days? I have heard conflicting scientific evidence on the subject.

Is life really that much better without fapping? I do it multiple times a day and I'm starting to get to a point where I can feel how much of a problem it is becoming but I do know how to stop. The sad thing is I already know how bad porn is, but I still can't stop watching it.
