1. The neurological processes that go on during sex are very different from the processes that go on when watching porn. Porn addiction is essentially novelty addiction, which is essentially dopamine addiction. Your brain spurts out dopamine when you see/want novelty. It's how fetishes form, because the same old vanilla stuff doesn't do it anymore, so we have to find more and more perverse things to jack off to.

2. There is no "damaging" neurological discharge during sex. It will exhaust you, but not damage you. The only time it would be damaging is if you had a lot of consistent sex. I don't know how much sex is too much sex or what the best waiting period is, but if we go with the "sex is only for making babies" model, then we can approximate that we should be having less than 10 sex sessions in our lifetime. I guess this answers that other thing: sex for pleasure is harmful for you.

If you take out the porn, masturbation isn't nearly as damaging. But it doesn't do you any good, like real sex does. Real sex provides the means in which to create children and strengthen the bond between you and your betrothed.

I suppose that sexual activity with someone you love is of benefit from a psychological stand point, but I'm just concerned that continuous (let's say 3+ times a week as an example, each going over a half hour) sex that involves climax will cause negative effects on the body.
