The solution is to learn to cook and to bake.
Then you can make healthier version of comfort foods. You also avoid preservatives in bread, which is in store bought bread, and the bread you bake yourself tastes so delicious it can't be described, when it is fresh out of the oven.
Caffeine is also extremely addictive. I recently quit coffee and the headaches were unbearable for a week, but now I'm through and I'll never drink that poison again.
I quit all addictions. I was even addicted to drugs in the past. They are freaking easy to quit compared to watching filth and masturbating to it. It's some next level shit.
But the good thing is that when you master all the other things and this becomes the only thing left, the motivation becomes extreme. My self-confidence is so much better since lifting for a few years, getting rid of all addictions(except this last stubborn one) and learning to cook my own food.
If there is one advice I want to share with this board then it is this: If the nofap feels impossible, just do your best and clean up your life in all other areas first, and then you'll get leverage to push even more in the nofap department. If there is one thing I can say for certain, then it is that I fap a heck of a lot less now that I am not addicted to sugar, caffeine, eating junk food and not exercising.
