I have done nofap consistently for months now, my longest streak being a year before a terrible relapse. Literally I have seen no attraction benefits. Also I have not seen hardly anything of an increase in testosterone.
Anything I am missing?

Personally I haven't felt any physical or mental benefits and I can't seem to find anything about it either
