My memory is not shitty, but I have so much stuff going on that I forget I'm on nofap. So, I just fap when I get the urges. Very bad.

I'm opening this thread for two reasons:

no, I just forget shit because I have a lot of shit to think about due to how shitty my life is.

But when I have a connection with other people, like with this thread, I remember a lot better
