I need to stop fapping. I've been fapping for each day, non stop. I can tell that this is fuckinh me up so hard. Idk what to do. This has been going on for a month now. Either I start the day in the bathroom or end the day in the bathroom, fapping. I need help, any suggestions anons?

We've all been there. There are a couple of things I tried and mixed around.

For example try a single day if you can do it as a challenge. Setting up a challenge can help some. The problem with fapping and a lot of other addictions is the fast reward. It messes up your motivation because your brain feels like you've achieved your goal. The best thing to do is to make up way you can reward yourself. Find out what other things interest you and dive into it. Make lists in your mind what you want to do or write it down. It really makes you feel good to end a day knowing it was productive. Even the tiniest things like sorting out your room and throwing out stuff you don't need helps. It sounds obvious but concentrate your attention on the things you do and if you have lewd thoughts, try concentrating on the present, silence your mind and just look and listen.

Find a productive hobby like music or reading books or whatever.
