You don't get "magic powers". What people describe as heightened ability is in fact normality. Look at how girls and boys used to behave back when masturbation was taught as a bad thing, compared to now. A lot of perceived physiological/mental issues men "have" originate with their frequent masturbation (if you lurk more, you should find more info), but that doesn't mean everything that ails a man is caused by jerking off too often.
