After lurking on /pol/, reading some ironmarch material etc.etc. aswell as a few failed nofap attempts, my nofap journey starts today. I will update this thread at around this time tomorrow.

I have had close friends tell me their experiences and it has motivated me to do it. The benefits are real.

most relapses happen when I am about to sleep or if I wake up in the middle of the night. I try to move around during the day so I don't get urges to relapse if I lay in bed. When I am falling asleep I turn on music until I am too dreary to fap.

Hm. I feel more physically confident and less awkward in my posture. It's happened everytime I have tried nofap before so this is normal and this is good.

Also, a tip since you mentioned ironmarch. A lot of the stuff is archived on archive.org.
