As for the NSFW and /v/ boards this is still relevant, but for /mu/fags there was really no reason to stay here so they all went back to cuckchan. SJWs didn't really affect the music board as much. Also, many of us grew up and stopped posting on imageboards, and unlike on 4chan, there is no resupply of newfags, once we all leave, no one is going to replace us. The only appeal of 8chan at this point is the thousands of custom imageboards

When the first three threads after four stickies are a kanye west, a gorillaz, and a death grips thread, you realize that all hope is lost (bonus, /pol/'s racist/antisemite thread is on page one with almost a hundred replies). I sometimes lurk this place (and very rarely cuckchan's /mu/) to find good music to listen since I'm not really that big into it and mainly listen to anime OSTs so I don't know anything about the western industry.

I personally think you should have more threads for newcomers to music in general rather than having threads about obscure genres that 5 people listen to like avant-garde post-jazz punk or whatever. That or just accept that this is a small board, I much prefer it when boards are comfy like this.
