Manticore -- Illegal/unlicensed venom distribution supplier. The smarter and more chemistry-minded ones might also tinker with their own brew to create new and highly illegal venom variants or derivatives.
Hellhound -- Basic muscle. Also possibly a manticore venom dealer.
Ushi-Oni -- Heavy muscle. You know how sometimes there's that one mobster who is a really big guy for you that just stands there and smirks when someone hits him with their best punch–then he effortlessly puts the other guy through a wall? That's the ushi-oni. Granted, she needs to be regularly…satisfied, but then, that's part of the compensation too. The boss lets her do whatever she likes with the guys that annoy them enough to send _her_ against them. And you won't like her when she's horny. You wanna know her secret? She's always horny.
Cheshire -- Spy, informant, saboteur, and/or thief. Keeps her faction well informed about the goings on of other factions and the police. Can get into and out of almost anywhere undetected. Not one for direct confrontation, but a very subtle and useful instrument indeed.
Jinko -- I don't see a lot of jinkos turning to mob life. That said, if one grew up in it or formed some sort of deep connection (or owed a debt of some kind) to a faction early on, I could see her serving as a high level bodyguard.
Ren Xiongmao -- diplomats, envoys, public faces of fronts when needed. They serve to lubricate meetings and dealings between various organized factions and/or other private or public entities.
Blue Oni -- Accountant, lawyer, etc. They serve the interests of their faction in some sort of administrative, book-keeping, and/or analytic role. Where there is a need to process, organize, archive, and utilize stores of information, the blue onis have the intellect to handle it, the poise and discretion to present it properly, and the strength to keep it safe.
