It doesn't really work out that well for me. Or maybe I'm just messing up. I find it very impressive how the program was able to guess what parts are supposed the be in skin color right away though.

Got a little wonky because of the pre shading on the original pic. Will definitely make more of these though, that comfy light shading it uses is nice.

Color heh me impressed. It didn't take many guidance dots to color in correctly, and it figured out her armor without any problems. Interesting that the default hair color assumption is blonde.

This is strangely addicting.

Complex backgrounds that require a lot of colour give a weird bloom and bleed effect.

Any tips to not get so much bleed over? Had to abandon a few pictures already because it was too much.

I am really curious how it works. One of them it knew her scarf was red without any hints and I have no idea how it could have figured that out

I mostly sprinkle dots around areas adding more or less to try to compensate for how much I need there. Also mixing colors seems to help a lot. Like to get her headband yellow compared to her light hair I have to add lime green.

If theres gaps or the area is small then maybe resize or go into paint and kinda block off the areas. Also like you gotta fight the bleed over as much as possible. So kinda paint around the eye with skin tone and see if it helps.

This is one of my failed ones. Was just to open, small, and complex for this I think.

Not bad, but it's something I'm not quite too satisfied myself.

Awesome find! I managed to pick what was probably one of the worst images in my album and still managed to get something halfway reasonable out of it. I'm sure I could make something even better with more than 10 minutes and some practice.

Draw two touching coloured lines at any boundaries that bleed into the wrong spaces. It's probably not as good as closing the gap, but it seems like it would work in most situations. So, with the skirt and the bow bleeding into Yuuko's shirt/the background, I was drawing a white line on the shirt/background side, and the colour I wanted on the other.

This thing is great, but damn if it's hard to make it get the colours right sometimes. I can't find a way to colour the hat better. Or the eyes.

I'm pretty sure it's a matter of how good the contrast or how thick the lines are. It doesn't seem to work too well with any sort of creases or shading.

Also, periodically adjust the color guide and re-colorize to see the changes as they happen.

They're okay, all things considered. I would like it a lot better if it didn't seem intent on giving her a bad case of heterochromia. Plus it seems the colors bleed through in ways they shouldn't.
