Both breed degeneracy, the thing about corporatism and national syndicalism is that the state intervenes in corporations only when its necessary, they are supposed to act as mediators between the worker and the corporate CEO, you are allowed to do what you want so long as what you do benefits both the people and the state, commies wouldnt even allow you do anything wether its beneficial or harmfull to the state

mmkay, but the situations in which such interventions are necessary is still subjective. A system like that would start somewhat okay, but the "necessary" intervention would expand eternally. What benefits the state doesn't necessarily benefit the peopl (it's rather the opposite), and expanding the control and profit of the state will of course always be in the state's interest. Thus, you may start with a pretty okay system, but it'll degenerate into socialism over time (much like democracy).

Having a large supply and easy access to more worldly goods (i.e everything that doesn't permanently enhance you mentally), which are after all generally more immediately desired (like food and shelter), will lead to more people searching for less worldly goods (knowledge, purity etc.) due to them not being occupied in finding the worldly ones. Vis á vis, if you artificially surpress supply for worldly (often degenerate) goods, such as by forcefully isolating a group of men from all females (as is done in prison), those people will not only not search for less worldly goods (blue balls don't let you focus), but will also likely find more degenerate ways to satisfy themselves while avoiding your force (prison gays, alcoholics who drink white spirit etc. are good examples.)
