I know this is the wrong place to post this but I have created a board called /hellisreal/ the point of the board is to not ban anybody if you post something against global laws you'll either be warned or your thread will be stopped but you'll never be ban

We tried that on /b/ and it dissuades literally nobody. That's why moderation got so heavy handed, because the only thing these fucks respond to is force. Ancaps get that. Sometimes physical removal is necessary.

Such a hands-off approach is a nice idea, but doesn't work on 8chan anymore. It used to, back when the site was smaller and we had fewer trolls. Nowadays, you have to use the banhammer sometimes. Not nearly as often as /pol/ or /leftypol/ do, but when someone is not looking for an honest discussion and just wants to stir shit, then I say ban him.
